The projects goals are:
- inform and train youth workers in the eight competences from the “Competence Model for Youth Workers”
- provide a space for sharing knowledge and exchanging experiences and good practices
- support youth organizations in increasing the capacity by identifying and addressing challenges
- increasing the knowledge and skills of youth workers by learning from each other
- establish long-term partnership among partners on this project
All costs for accommodation and food are covered by the Erasmus+ programme. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 100€ for participants from Germany.
Covid-19 Measures and Restrictions
In order to reduce the chance of anyone getting sick, we have these safety measures:
- All participants need to follow the regulations that will be implemented during the training course.
- All participants will be tested with self-testing kit during the training course.
- We will try to reasonably minimize unnecessary contact with other people to avoid being infected by others so that everyone stays safe during our stay together.
- All common areas will be disinfected daily by our logistics team. The food will be prepared according to the latest safety standards.
All these regulations depend on various factors, including the number of infected people in Germany.

- 18+ years old
- Resident of Germany
- Youth worker, youth leader or a person who is going to work with youth in the near future from your organizations
- Your English language skills are sufficient to actively participate on the mobility, including all the activities
- You are ready to show responsibility and commitment to all the activities of the project
- You have passion and motivation to learn, share and enjoy
