NaturKultur e.V. is inviting qualified vendors worldwide to submit proposals for the development of EVoly, an innovative digital platform for managing volunteers, projects, and AI-powered insights.
The project includes:

A web-based admin dashboard for NGOs and volunteer coordinators

A cross-platform mobile app (iOS & Android) for volunteers and field staff

Features such as offline access, role-based access, multilingual support, and integration with LLMs (AI)
Application Procedure
Before downloading the tender documentation, each vendor must:

Only vendors who submit a signed NDA will receive access to the full technical specifications, scoring criteria, and contractual annexes.
