PRO-ACT is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that will bring together 25 participants and group leaders from Cyprus, Germany, Poland, Latvia, and Portugal.
Through non-formal education, peer learning, and creative work, the project examines procrastination—not as mere laziness, but as a habit connected to stress, perfectionism, low confidence, or digital distraction.
What Will You Do?

Identify personal and environmental triggers that encourage delay or avoidance.

Test practical tools for time-management, task-prioritisation, and focus.

Explore stress-management and well-being practices to help regulate emotional pressure.

Compare how different cultures, expectations, and digital lives influence procrastination.

Create a personal action plan with micro-habits to apply in your daily life.

Design and deliver a local physical dissemination activity back home no later than 30 January 2027.

Accommodation & Logistics
Participants will stay at the SEK Apartments in the Protaras / Paralimni area, sharing a two-room apartment with 3–4 people. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two daily coffee breaks are provided during the activity days.
Travel costs are reimbursed up to a maximum of 395€-
We take a participation fee of 50€

Participant Profile
You can apply if you:
- Are 18–30 years old (group leaders must be 18+).
- Are residing in Germany
- Have a genuine interest in the topic of procrastination and self-regulation.
- Are motivated to participate in the full program and have functional English skills.
We strongly encourage young people facing barriers or with fewer opportunities to apply, and reasonable adjustments can be arranged to provide necessary support.
