Due to different pressures—such as trying to find jobs, navigating higher education, and comparing themselves to others online—many young people find themselves dealing with high levels of stress without necessarily having good methods to regulate it. Are you ready to take a break from these stresses, practice different stress regulation techniques, and discuss mental wellbeing in a supportive environment?
Dates: 18.01.2027 – 27.01.2027
Place: Garlstedt, Osterholz-Scharmbeck (near Bremen), Germany
Deadline: 25.11.2026

The exchange will take place at the KulturHaus, a simple group house located in the village of Garlstedt, approximately 25km away from Bremen, allowing the group to focus on building strong group dynamics. Participants will share rooms with 3–4 people of the same gender from different nationalities.
