Young people across Europe face rising anxiety, depression and stress, while access to mental health support remains uneven – especially in rural and under‑resourced areas. The MIND project (Mindfulness, Inclusion, Non‑judgment & Diversity for Mental Health) is an Erasmus+ KA2 small‑scale partnership (2025–2026) that equips youth workers with practical tools and creates open, reusable resources to address these challenges through non‑formal education.
Coordinated by the European Youth Centre Břeclav (EYCB, Czech Republic), Udruga Better Me (Croatia), NaturKultur e.V. (Germany), Európa Ifjúsága Egyesület (Hungary) MIND brings together youth workers from four countries to co‑create methods, test them in training courses and share results locally and online.
What MIND produces
The project’s core outputs are designed to be practical, digital and sustainable (links to be added):
- MIND Booklet – a handbook with methods, reflections and tools on mindfulness, inclusion, non‑judgment and diversity for mental health in youth work.
- Podcast and Audio Resources – introduction to the project, guided meditations, motivational content and interviews with youth workers and young people.
Who is MIND for?
MIND targets youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers and NGO representatives interested in mental health, mindfulness, inclusion and diversity. It actively involves youth workers with fewer opportunities (economic, social, geographic obstacles, disabilities) and indirectly benefits young people and local communities through dissemination activities.
Expected impact
Through its outputs and activities, MIND aims to:
- Increase youth workers’ competences in MIND topics.
- Provide practical tools ready for immediate use.
- Strengthen European cooperation in mental health youth work.
- Create sustainable, shareable Erasmus+ results that can be used long after the project ends.
More information about the project and partners will be available on the official MIND page.
