Deadline: 28.08.2026
IncluScape is an Erasmus+ Youth Worker Mobility that will bring together youth workers from different countries passionate about inclusion in their working place. During the program, participants will connect with professionals from different countries to share experiences, methodologies, and initiatives related to inclusion. Acknowledging that true inclusion hasn’t yet been achieved, the project uses escape boxes—dynamic, interactive experiences where participants solve puzzles and overcome challenges together—to foster empathy, cooperation, and a sense of community. Through teamwork and collaborative decision-making, everyone has the opportunity to participate actively, feel heard, and contribute based on their own strengths.
What Will You Do?
- Connect with international youth workers and share professional experiences and inclusion methodologies.
- Work collaboratively each day on the different stages of creating an inclusive EscapeBox.
- Experience how interactive puzzles and shared storylines can foster empathy and teamwork.
- Enjoy an excursion to El Bierzo to explore the beautiful surrounding region.
- Host and participate in themed intercultural evenings featuring activities, music, performances, and traditional food from your country.

The mobility will take place at “El Bosque de los Sueños”, a facility run by ASPAYM CyL located in “El Bierzo”, a region known for natural attractions like the ancient Roman gold mine “Las Médulas” and the Valle del Silencio.
