Dates: 19–26 May 2026
Location: Terrassa, near Barcelona, Spain
Deadline: 20.03.2026
“Act Out Loud!” is going to be a youth exchange organized in Terrassa in Spain which will include 25 young people from 5 different countries: Spain, Italy, Greece, Slovenia and Germany.
This Youth Exchange aims to create a space where young people can reflect on social inclusion, diversity, and discrimination while discovering how theatre can be used as a tool for social change.
During this week-long international project, participants will explore the topic of social inclusion and diversity through theatre techniques, creative expression, and non-formal education methods.
Participants do not need previous theatre experience – motivation and openness are more important.
Through this experience, you will:
-
-
explore different theatre techniques and creative exercises
-
discuss social exclusion and diversity in Europe
-
learn through interactive workshops and group activities
-
share perspectives with participants from other cultures
-
create together a final theatre performance
-
The final performance will combine the techniques and themes explored during the week and will be created entirely by the participants themselves.
The goals of the project are to:
-
-
learn how theatre can promote social inclusion
-
increase awareness of diversity and discrimination
-
exchange experiences about inclusion in different countries
-
develop creativity, teamwork, and communication skills
-
become advocates for inclusion in local communities
-
